How to Find Us
First Lutheran Church is conveniently located on Broadway between the historic Old North Knox and Fourth and Gill neighborhoods, just two miles from downtown and three miles from UT, and right off the I-40 Broadway exit.
From I-75 S
If you are approaching Knoxville (from the north) on I-75 South, follow I-275 South toward downtown and exit right on East Woodlawn Avenue. Turn left onto East Woodland and go three blocks to Central Avenue. Turn right and proceed to Broadway. Turn left on to Broadway. The church is three blocks ahead on the left.
From I-40 E
If you are approaching Knoxville on I-40 East, do not take the downtown bypass but stay on I-40 E until you exit onto I-275 North toward Lexington. Exit right onto E. Baxter Avenue. At Baxter, turn right and proceed to Central Avenue. Turn right on Central until Broadway. At Broadway, turn left (north). The church is three blocks ahead on the left.
From I-40 W
If you are aproaching Knoxville from I-40 West, use the Broadway exit. After turning right on Broadway, use the nearest intersection to turn around and go South on Broadway about two blocks. First Lutheran will be on your right.
